A 12-Year-Old Boy Commits Suicide in Paktia Due to Family Problems

Zan News - Paktia: Local sources in Paktia have reported that a 12-year-old boy in this province has committed suicide.
According to the sources, the child hanged himself on yesterday morning (July 22) in the village of "Ali Khan Khel" in Zormat district of Paktia province.
The Taliban's police command in Paktia also confirmed this incident in a statement and cited family problems as the reason for the child's suicide.
It is worth noting that the increasing suicide rates in Afghanistan in recent months are concerning. Various factors such as poverty, unemployment, hopelessness, family issues, and domestic violence contribute to this issue.
