A Man in Takhar Slashed His Mother's Throat With a Knife

Zabihullah Hakimi, the spokesperson for the Taliban's police command in Takhar, stated that the incident occurred last night, Wednesday (March 19).

He added that the individual killed his mother with a knife following a verbal altercation.

Hakimi also confirmed that the accused has been arrested by Taliban forces.
