A Young Woman in Faryab Committed Suicide

Zan News: Local sources in the Khwaja Sabzposh district of Faryab province reported that a 28-year-old woman named Jamilah, who had recently been divorced by her husband, ended her life by hanging herself.
This woman committed suicide on Sunday night (23 February) in the village of "Tappeh Qeshlaq" at her father's house.
According to local sources, Jamileh's husband had recently returned from Iran and divorced her for unknown reasons.
Taliban officials in Faryab province have not yet commented on this incident.
It is worth noting that domestic violence and forced marriages are recognized as major factors behind suicides among women and girls in Afghanistan.
