Zan News: According to the latest World Happiness Ranking report, Finland has been named the happiest country in the world for the eighth consecutive year, while Afghanistan has once again been ranked the saddest country.

The report, released on Thursday (March 20), indicates that Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland continue to top the list of the world’s happiest countries.

This research was conducted by the Gallup analytics company, with countries ranked based on citizens' responses regarding their quality of life.

Afghanistan remains at the bottom of the global happiness index, with Afghan women describing their lives in this report as “extremely difficult.”
