Zan News: Local sources in Faryab province say that a man in the province has shot and killed his 22-year-old pregnant wife and his 2-year-old daughter with a "pistol."
Sources reported on Thursday (28 November) that the incident took place in the "Qahshqar" village of Qaisar district.
According to the sources, the man is named Mohammad Dawood and is a resident of "Sanjidak" village in Chahlgazi district.
Based on the sources' information, Mohammad Dawood had gone with his family to visit the Qaisar district.
The motive for this incident is said to be domestic violence. After the event, Mohammad Dawood fled the area.
Local Taliban authorities in Faryab have not yet commented on this incident.
It is worth mentioning that in recent months, incidents of murder due to domestic violence have increased in Faryab province. Not long ago, a young woman was also killed by her brother in this province.
