Body of A 50-Year-Old Woman Found in the River in Ghazni

According to a statement released by the Taliban police command in Ghazni, the body of the woman was discovered on Sunday afternoon (June 10) in the Dahdrat area of Khawaja Omari district and was transferred to the Ghazni provincial hospital.

The statement added that the woman is approximately 50 years old and her identity has not yet been determined.

Sources at the Ghazni provincial hospital also confirmed that the woman's body was brought to the hospital, but no one has yet come to claim it.

It is still unclear whether the middle-aged woman fell into the river herself or was murdered.

It is worth noting that the discovery of bodies and the occurrence of mysterious murders are reported daily in various provinces of Afghanistan. Recently, the bodies of a woman and her daughter were also found in Ghor province.

Since the Taliban took over Afghanistan, there has been an unprecedented increase in mysterious murders among women.
