Zan News - Farah: A man in Farah province has murdered his wife.
The press office of the Taliban police command in Farah announced on Friday (July 5) that the body of a woman was discovered in the village of Kariz Doghi in the Pushtrod district.
According to the press release, the man killed his wife on the 27th of Ramadan and then buried her body inside their home.
The Taliban police command in Farah stated that the woman's husband has been arrested for her murder.
The motive for this incident is still unknown, but in many similar cases in the past, domestic violence has been cited as the reason.
