European Union Launches Five-Day Campaign in Solidarity with Afghan Women

On Saturday (March 8), the EU praised the courage and resilience of Afghan women and girls, emphasizing its commitment to supporting them in education, healthcare, and economic initiatives.

The EU stated: "To demonstrate our solidarity, we are launching a campaign across five key areas."

This initiative comes as the Taliban, since their return to power in 2021, have deprived Afghan women and girls of their fundamental rights, including access to education, employment, and personal freedoms.
