Afghan Woman Falls from Ninth Floor in Islamabad and Dies

Sources in Islamabad say that a young Afghan woman fell from the ninth floor of an apartment in the B-17 area and died.
Sources told Zan News today, Saturday (September 27), that the incident occurred around 8 a.m., but the exact cause of the fall is still unclear.
According to some witnesses, the woman fell while hanging clothes from the balcony, while others have raised the possibility of suicide.
However, the victim’s family has so far refused to speak with the media.
Sources add that the husband of this woman, Maiwand Afghan, is an official of an Afghan refugees’ council in Islamabad.
